A boat trip on the Seine is one of the best-value plans in Paris for what you get: in one hour you sail past half the city. Here is what it costs.

The price covers the full cruise of about one hour with audio commentary. Your ticket downloads as a PDF as soon as you pay and does not tie you to a time: it is valid for any departure on your chosen day.
What the others charge
Seine cruises sit in a narrow price band. The river's classic operators charge between 15 and 22 euros per adult and 7 to 10 per child for the one-hour trip, varying by time of day and season. Cruises with drinks, lunch or dinner are a different matter: those comfortably exceed 50 euros.
Two things are worth checking before comparing the number alone: whether the price is for a full hour or a shorter trip, and whether the departure time on offer is the one you want. A three-in-the-afternoon cruise in August and a sunset one are not the same experience, even at the same price.
Children and infants
The cruise works well with children: it is short, they stay seated and there is always something to look at. The child fare applies to under 13s and is selected when you add a child ticket in the booking form. Under 4s go free.
